Hostess - Fine Dining Restaurant

We’re looking for a confident, well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, professional, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests warmly and efficiently.

• Manage reservations and table allocations.

• Liaise with kitchen and service teams on guest flow.

• Handle calls, guest enquiries, and special requests.

• Maintain a neat and organized hostess station.

Requirements:

• Matric essential; hospitality certificate an advantage.

• 1–2 years’ experience as a hostess or front-of-house role.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused.
