We are excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and dynamic Revenue & Marketing Manager to join our exceptional hospitality team on a beautiful working farm in the Cape Winelands. The property offers a world-class guest experience, combining luxurious accommodation, a serene spa, award-winning restaurants, and authentic farm-to-table experiences in a breathtaking natural setting.

This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical revenue management expertise with creative marketing flair to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand visibility across all hospitality touchpoints. Requirements

• A degree in hospitality management, revenue management, or marketing.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a hospitality environment (hotel experience essential).
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategy, forecasting, and yield management.
• Experience with Opera PMS and other hospitality systems.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven digital marketing and social media knowledge (especially Instagram), including content creation and analytics.
• Solid event coordination or promotional experience for special events, launches, or seasonal campaigns.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury guest experiences.
• Professional, well-presented appearance.
• Availability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimise occupancy, rate, and overall profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
• Grow and manage digital and social media platforms, with a strong focus on brand positioning and storytelling.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract new guests and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with operations, reservations, sales, and F&B teams to align revenue and marketing goals.
• Create and oversee engaging content across digital, print, and social channels.
• Track and report on performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies.
• Support hospitality operations with a strong focus on guest experience and brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and digital innovations to keep the property at the forefront of hospitality excellence.
