Are you a detail-driven numbers person with a love for hospitality?

We’re looking for a Hospitality Accountant with Restaurant experience (BCom-qualified) to support the Finance Manager in overseeing the full accounting function across three vibrant restaurants. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, efficiency, and a deep understanding of how great financial management supports great guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs
  • Perform daily bank and POS reconciliations (Lightspeed / Hops / AddPay)
  • Support payroll inputs, tips, and cost allocations
  • Assist with management reports, VAT, and stock reconciliations
  • Maintain financial records and assist with audits
Requirements:
  • BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
  • 2–4 years’ accounting experience, ideally in the hospitality or retail sector
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations, creditors, and cash flow
  • Proficiency in Xero and Excel (experience with Lightspeed/Hops is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
