La Motte Wine Estate in the Franschhoek Valley requires a vibrant person, with an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to join the team in the Bakery as Host.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* welcome and seat guests as they enter the bakery
* manage the seating area and flow of guests during busy periods
* inform guests of different offerings available at the bakery
* assist barista/bartender with preparation of beverages and restocking supplies
* ensure front of house areas are kept neat and organized
Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following:
* previous experience in a similar position in a restaurant or hospitality environment
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* positive attitude
* professional appearance
* ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* attentive to detail
* ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
* passionate about customer service
* willingness to work weekends and Public Holidays
* contactable references available
