Our client, a refined culinary destination located on the southern slopes of the Paarl mountain, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

The restaurant offers a menu inspired by the rich and diverse culinary traditions of the mediterranean, with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and shared plate dining.

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the head chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll take ownership of your section and uphold the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.

We are looking for proven experience in technical ability and attention to detail. Experience in a fine dining environment would be advantageous. You will be committed to consistency, creativity and excellence in every dish.

Wednesday – Sunday (lunch and dinner)
