We're offering a hands-on cellar internship in the heart of South Africa's wine country – Stellenbosch – from the first week of February to the end of April. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your winemaking skills during harvest season.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two harvests of prior experience
  • Physically fit and ready for long, active days
  • Passionate about wine and eager to learn

What You'll Do:

  • Support fermentation, barrel work, and wine movements
  • Operate and clean cellar equipment
  • Work closely with our winemaking team throughout vintage
