Our award-winning boutique estate, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager who thrives in refined yet dynamic environments. You’ll support the Hotel Manager in ensuring that every moment of the guest experience reflects care, precision, and effortless sophistication.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Support, train, and motivate front-line teams across all departments.
- Handle guest interactions with warmth and discretion.
- Maintain service consistency and excellence across touchpoints.
- Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational flow.
- Drive communication and collaboration between teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure consistent and efficient operations throughout the property.
- Maintain strong guest relationships and excellent service feedback.
- Support achievement of departmental and property-wide goals.
- Reinforce team culture, communication, and accountability.
- Resolve challenges swiftly with calm and effective decision-making.
- Contribute to staff growth and training excellence.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a 5-star or boutique property.
- Strong operational knowledge and guest-first approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Composed, organised, and intuitive under pressure.
