What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure each guest experience runs flawlessly.
- Be the visible point of contact for guests and staff during your shift.
- Handle guest needs and challenges with empathy, efficiency, and confidence.
- Lead team briefings and communicate clearly between shifts.
- Conduct property walkarounds to uphold presentation, readiness, and safety.
- Support all departments in achieving smooth and harmonious service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain seamless operational flow and proactive guest engagement.
- Resolve guest and staff challenges swiftly and diplomatically.
- Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times.
- Strengthen interdepartmental communication and morale.
- Represent management with professionalism and authority in every situation.
- Contribute to the estate’s culture of calm precision and gracious hospitality.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or duty management role.
- Confident leadership and an intuitive sense of guest care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Professional presence and ability to lead under pressure.
