Rickety Bridge Wine Estate invites applications for an experienced and passionate Accommodation Manager to join our senior management team. This pivotal role carries full responsibility for the daily operations of our luxury accommodation offerings and plays a key part in shaping the guest experience that defines the Rickety Bridge brand.

Reports to: Hospitality General Manager

About the Role

As Accommodation Manager, you will ensure that every aspect of our guest journey, from arrival to departure, is delivered with seamless excellence. You will oversee all accommodation operations, maintain the estate’s renowned standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation, while fostering a culture of warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail.

This leadership position requires a hands-on professional who can balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency and financial responsibility. The successful candidate will drive team motivation, cost control, and revenue generation through cross-selling and strategic management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all accommodation facilities, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and support the accommodation and housekeeping teams to uphold service excellence.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care throughout all accommodation offerings and public spaces.
  • Implement systems and procedures for effective cost control, stock management, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through cross-selling of estate experiences and hospitality services.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to align hospitality goals with the estate’s broader business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Hospitality or Accommodation Management (advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accommodation management, preferably within a luxury or high-end establishment.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, operations, and guest relations within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to excellence, authenticity, and creating memorable guest experiences.
