Logistic Coordinator with export experience/Warehouse Manager

A Wine Cellar in Paarl is seeking to employ a Logistic Coordinator with export experience/Warehouse Manager to join the team.

This position will combine logistics, effective warehouse management in line with export requirements.

This role involves overseeing the following aspects such as but not limited to logistics, physical movement of goods, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including local deliveries and international exports.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, storage, and dispatch.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant exports.
• Maintain and improve logistics processes, ensuring cost efficiency and product integrity.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to meet customer delivery schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, or export coordination (wine or FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
