Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Sushi Chef or in Asian cuisine

  • Skilled in sushi preparation and presentation

  • Culinary qualification advantageous

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Able to work under pressure, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Own transport essential
