Are you a passionate, professional and engaging Tasting Room Ambassador that would like to join our Brookdale Team?
The ideal candidate will create a welcoming, informative and memorable wine experience for every guest - sharing the story of Brookdale with warmth and enthusiasm from the first greeting to the final farewell.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for wine, hospitality and guest experience
- Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a polished, professional environment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in wine service or hospitality essential
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and host guests in the tasting room, offering exceptional service and hospitality
- Present and guide guests through Brookdale’s wines with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Share the estate’s story, philosophy, and winemaking practices in an engaging manner
- Handle wine sales and transactions accurately
- Manage bookings, reservations and tasting schedules
- Assist with stock management and daily opening/closing procedures
- Support events, private tastings and special functions as needed
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-presented tasting environment
