Requirements:
- A passion for excellent customer service and hospitality
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
- Present menus, explain dishes and make recommendations, including wine pairings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean and well-presented at all times
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service
