We’re looking for an experienced Private Villa Chef to oversee daily culinary operations for high-end villa guests. The ideal candidate brings creativity, professionalism, and a warm, service-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal, innovative menus and deliver exceptional, personalised guest dining.

  • Prepare, cook, grill, or braai all meals throughout the guest’s stay.

  • Maintain high hygiene and quality standards, manage stock and cash flow.

  • Adapt quickly to guest schedule changes and manage time independently.

  • Uphold professional boundaries and respect guest privacy at all times.

  • Support budgets, cost control, and kitchen operations while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in kitchen operations or private cheffing.

  • Culinary or hospitality qualification advantageous.

  • Strong leadership, creativity, time management, and financial understanding.

  • Excellent cooking techniques and the ability to work across all kitchen sections.
