We have exceptional opportunities for Assistant Restaurant Managers with an unwavering passion for the hospitality industry. We are seeking candidates with luxury bar/lounge experience and candidates with farm to table, fine-dining restaurant experience.
 
Key responsibilities include training, overseeing food quality, and developing menus. Responsibilities also include maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation with the utmost of standards, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and excellent Guest-service standards.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & QUALITIES:
 
• Fluent in English, with a minimum of 4 years of luxury hotel management experience.
• WSET/CWA certification advantageous.
• Computer literate and analytically skilled.
• Flexible with working hours and physically fit.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
