The ideal candidates exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities, to effectively assist in managing the kitchen operations.
 
Key Position Requirements:
 
• Formal Qualification in Professional Cookery
• Minimum of 3 year’s Chef experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong operational and leadership qualities
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred
• Applicants already residing in the Winelands Region will receive preference
