• The property forms part of a Luxury Collection
• This is a Live-out position
• Exceptional F&B and Wine Knowledge
 
Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled, well-presented and experienced Butler to join their team. The position will be the primary point of contact and will be responsible for ensuring a tailored guest experience of an exclusive stay of up to 16 guests. The two Luxury Villas and Historic Manor House is nestled among the sprawling vineyards, offering privacy and exclusive use of the property’s serene environment.
 
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a commitment to a high level of service.
 
Requirements to excel in this role:
 
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Formal Butler / Hospitality qualification preferred
• Exceptional Wine knowledge essential (WSET / CWA)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a sophisticated luxury accommodation environment
• Event and administrative support
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly guest and service centric
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
• Valid driver’s license essential
