Stellenbosch Reserve is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at our Restaurant & Tasting Room. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and should have good personal presentation.
We are looking for a strong personality who must be confident with customer service and should be able to communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams. Candidates should also have a good work ethic, be motivated, and have a sharp eye for detail.

Minimum requirements:
- Experience in a hospitality environment
- Grade 12 is essential
- Tertiary education is advantageous, particularly WSET or Cape Wine Academy
- Afrikaans & English Speaking
- Must be available to work weekends/public holidays and some evenings (hospitality hours)
- Own Transport
- Client service experience is essential
- Able to work under pressure
Key Functions
- Assisting the Manager with the front-of-house team.
- Floor management during service in the restaurant/events.
- Communication between front and back of house
- Focus on the best guest experience
