If you possess experience from the world’s most demanding ultra-luxury lodges or boutique hotels and are driven by a passion for conservation and community, this is your canvas. You will merge the innovation of “farm-to-table meets metropolitan elegance” with the profound authenticity of the African wilderness.

Pioneering Sustainability: Design, implement, and run a waste-free kitchen operation, setting a new benchmark for luxury eco-tourism.
 
From Soil to Plate: Establish, cultivate, and manage new on-site gardens and seamlessly integrate their produce as the heart of your daily menus
.
Transformative Guest Experience: Engage guests daily, crafting personalized menus and providing expert, non-negotiable food and wine pairing expertise.
 
Leadership & Legacy: Mentor and develop a young, local kitchen brigade, focusing on skills upliftment and long-term professional growth.
 
Operational Mastery: Oversee all kitchen operations, maintaining impeccable standards in administration, cost control, inventory, and compliance.
