Helderberg 
The 2021 Sieraad Syrah, a 100% Syrah from the Helderberg region of Stellenbosch, is crafted from 21-year-old vines rooted in Table Mountain Sandstone with coffee stone. Hand-picked in March, the small berries delivering concentrated flavours. Fermented in open concrete tanks and aged 24 months in barrels followed by 24 months in the bottle, this premium wine reflects the care of our growers and the unique terroir

A delicate black pepper on the nose, mingling with subtle spice and a hint of dark fruit.
Taste:
Rich, with soft tannins and a peppery depth that lingers.
This Syrah is beautifully balanced—elegant.
