Full Job Description
We’re Hiring: Farmhouse & Family Market Manager. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality when it’s alive - full tables, families laughing, staff moving with purpose, and guests who leave already planning their next visit. We’re looking for a hands-on Manager to take full ownership of the Farmhouse and Family Market at Blaauwklippen. Two vibrant, high-energy spaces that sit at the heart of the estate’s lifestyle offering. This is not a back-office job. This is leadership on the floor, calm in the chaos, and pride in the detail.

What You’ll Own
• Day-to-day operations across the Farmhouse and Family Market
• Leading, training, and developing a strong hospitality team
• Service standards, cleanliness, flow, and guest experience
• Stock, suppliers, wastage, and cost control
• Performance tracking and operational reporting
• Supporting new ideas, seasonal activations, and growth projects
The Working Reality
• Weekends are part of the deal - that’s when we shine
• Two days off during the week
• Peak season is full-on and fast-paced
• Off-peak is about planning, improving, and setting the team up to win
