We are seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant (groups & provisionals) to join a luxury hotel team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation enquiries via phone and email
Process group and provisional bookings on the PMS
Ensure accuracy of rates, confirmations, deposits, and guest details
Upsell effectively and manage cancellations/no-shows
Liaise with Operations, Sales, and Front Office
Maintain booking records and deliver exceptional guest service
Requirements:
Matric (Hospitality/Tourism qualification advantageous)
2–3 years reservations experience (luxury/5-star preferred)
PMS & OTA knowledge
Strong sales, communication, and organisational skills
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
