Seeking a Bar Manager/Sommelier/Mixologist/Bartender job opportunity

I'm seeking for the above mentioned job opportunity. I have more than 12 years + work experience,in hospitality.

I have certificate in bartending, graduated with a merit.I can make signature cocktails.I know how to manage stock and can run the bar.I can create the bar from scratch.

Training of Bartenders and rostering them.Hiring of staff and adherence to safety regulations.

I'm a Sommelier as well.I have Wset level 1 got 97 percent and Wset level 2 got 92 percent, graduated with a distinction, topped the class.

Food and wine pairings is what I do.I know South African wines, including international grape varieties.Service and temperature of wines.

Up - selling and appreciation of my wines. Understanding methods of making wines.
