We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef to join the team of a high-end Bistro-Style Restaurant, strategically located in Durbanville.

We seek an experienced Head Chef with an unwavering passion for the culinary arts and hospitality. The ideal candidate possess exceptional leadership and management skills to effectively manage the kitchen operations and excels in high-pressure environments.
 
Position Requirements:
 
Qualification in Professional Cookery • at least 3 year’s Head Chef experience in a high-end dining environment • stable track record • strong ability to manage and lead a kitchen brigade
 
Own transport and valid driver’s license essential. Candidates to reside in the local vicinity of the Cape Winelands.
