We are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to join our restaurant team at Dekkersvlei Vineyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and controlling restaurant and kitchen stock
- Stock counts, portion control, and minimizing waste
- Managing and supervising kitchen and pizza staff
- Preparing pizzas and platters to Dekkersvlei standards
- Proper food preparation, prep planning, and kitchen organization
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
- Working weekends and public holidays as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pizza chef and/or stock controller
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage staff and work under pressure
- Passion for food quality and consistency
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
- Immediate availability will be a strong advantage

- Includes weekends and public holidays
