We are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to join our restaurant team at Dekkersvlei Vineyards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and controlling restaurant and kitchen stock
  • Stock counts, portion control, and minimizing waste
  • Managing and supervising kitchen and pizza staff
  • Preparing pizzas and platters to Dekkersvlei standards
  • Proper food preparation, prep planning, and kitchen organization
  • Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
  • Working weekends and public holidays as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a pizza chef and/or stock controller
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage staff and work under pressure
  • Passion for food quality and consistency
  • Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
  • Immediate availability will be a strong advantage

Working Hours:

  • Includes weekends and public holidays
