We are seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant (groups & provisionals focus) to join a luxury hospitality environment in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will deliver professional, efficient service while ensuring booking accuracy and revenue optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation enquiries via phone & email professionally

  • Process group & provisional bookings accurately on PMS

  • Ensure correct rates, deposits, confirmations & guest details

  • Manage daily arrivals and high-occupancy periods

  • Upsell effectively and apply cancellation/no-show policies

  • Liaise with Operations, Sales & Front Office

  • Maintain accurate records, guest history & statistics

  • Build strong relationships with guests, agents & colleagues

Requirements

  • Matric (Hospitality / Travel & Tourism diploma preferred)

  • 2–3 years’ reservations experience (luxury / 5★ preferred)

  • Strong PMS & OTA knowledge

  • Excellent English communication (additional languages an advantage)

  • Strong sales ability & guest-centric mindset

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented & able to work under pressure

  • Available for shifts, weekends & public holidays
