We are a family-owned winery situated in the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Hermanus, and are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join our tasting room team as a Tasting Room Host.
Key responsibilities include:
Warmly welcoming guests and creating a memorable tasting room experience
Presenting wine tastings and assisting with food service
Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the tasting room
Supporting general hospitality duties as required
Working hours:
Wednesday – Saturday: 09:30 – 17:30
Sunday: 09:30 – 16:30
Public holidays and special events as required
Requirements:
Previous hospitality experience and a strong work ethic
Friendly, confident communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and in a guest-facing environment
Formal wine education is an advantage, but not essential
