Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury boutique hotel in Franschhoek seeking a proactive and organised Events Coordinator to join their team.

Location: Franschhoek
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 negotiable DOE
Position Type: Live-out
Start Date: Beginning to mid January

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have formal studies in events management or practical experience assisting with and executing events
• Be confident in coordinating events independently and seeing them through from planning to execution
• Be well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Have strong communication and time-management skills
• Be able to take initiative and work efficiently within a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of hotel events
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
• Ensure events run smoothly on the day and meet brand standards
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the event lifecycle

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Events Manager
