Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to uphold service excellence
• Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
• Work closely with senior management to drive business strategy and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance overall service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost controls
• A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
