Franschhoek 
A Wine Farm in the beautiful Franschhoek valley seeks to employ an honest, hardworking individual in the abovementioned position over the harvest period of 2026.
Duties include:
- Routine analysis of wines /juices
- Administration of samples and results
- Preparing chemicals, verify, calibrate and maintain equipment
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
- Willingness to work overtime;
- Focus on detail;
- Grade 12, and a student busy with tertiary qualification (food technology or related qualification or other)
- Good analytical abilities;
- Code 8 drivers license, must have own transport
- Must be computer literate.
Start date: January 2026
Salary: Market Related
Duration: 4 Months (January 2026 – April 2026)
