We are expanding our portfolio and looking for a winery partner to supply high-quality, consistent Sweet Red and Sweet White blends for Bag-in-Box (BiB) packaging (3L and 5L).
We value consistency and "shelf-ready" quality. If your cellar has available stock from the 2025/2026 harvest that fits a "Natural Sweet" profile, we would like to hear from you.
Technical Specifications:

Style: Natural Sweet (Easy-drinking, aromatic profile).

Parameters: Target Alc 7.5% – 9.0%; RS > 65g/l; VA < 0.50g/l.

Stability: Must be Protein and Cold Stable (Critical for BiB shelf-life).

Certification: W.O. Western Cape; A-Code / Export ready preferred.
