Job Purpose
To provide end-to-end human resources, compliance, training and administrative support across TOKARA, ensuring legislative compliance, effective people management, audit readiness and coordination of health, safety and employee well-being initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of employee contracts, personnel files, leave, clocking systems and HR documentation.
- Coordination of staff induction, training records, wellness initiatives and medical requirements.
- Administration of Compensation Commissioner (CompEasy) matters and liaison with medical institutions.
- Coordination of health & safety, compliance and audit systems including WIETA, SIZA and SEDEX.
- Payroll-related data capturing and reporting.
- Management of facilities-related administration, PPE, supplies and accommodation.
- Scheduling and minute-taking of statutory and operational meetings.
- Oversight of environmental and sustainability reporting.
