I’m looking to rent a small warehouse space of approximately 100–250m² preferably with high ceilings. The space will be used for secure bicycle storage and a small office setup.
The property should ideally be located in or near Paarl or the surrounding areas. It should be clean, dry and secure with easy access for loading and deliveries. Open to light industrial or mixed-use areas.
