Our client, an upmarket restaurant in Franschhoek, is looking to employ an experienced Restaurant Manager to develop and maintain an exceptional level of service. The ideal individual is highly customer and service -focused and has a strong background relating to hospitality.
This is a dynamic career building opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual, who is detail orientated, calm and able to perform under pressure. Stable track record essential.
A pre-requisite is that the individuals resides in the Winelands area.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in an upmarket restaurant environment, on management level
• Qualification in Hospitality / Restaurant Management will be advantageous
• Own Transport beneficial
