We have an unique opportunity for a talented CHEF DE PARTIE to join an upmarket Wine Estate in Paarl region.

The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach to food production and cooking.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic CHEF DE PARTIE with extensive experience gained in Hot Section. The ideal individual brings a stable track record, someone who cares about guest experiences with a passion for cooking and hospitality. Experience in a high-end, bistro-style restaurant environment preferred.

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport preferred.

Position Requirements

• A formal Culinary Education

• Minimum of 3 year’s experience gained in a high-end restaurant environment

• Stable track record

• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license preferred
