About Nutritionhub
Nutritionhub is a Stellenbosch-based animal nutrition consultancy providing scientific, technical, and regulatory support to clients across the animal feed, pet food, and livestock industries. Our work focuses on regulatory compliance, product development, and evidence-based nutrition solutions within a highly regulated operating environment.
Due to a sharp increase in regulatory applications, Nutritionhub is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Regulatory Consultation function for a three-month period. This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on regulatory support activities, and is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and an interest in regulatory or compliance-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Support (±80% of the role):
- Provide administrative support to the regulatory consulting team
- Assist with the preparation, formatting, and submission of regulatory documentation
- Manage records, track applications, and maintain regulatory files
- Coordinate correspondence with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Support data entry, document control, and version management
General Administration (±20% of the role):
- Provide basic office administration and ad hoc support as required
- Assist with basic social media and marketing activities, including:
- Content scheduling and posting
- Supporting a consistent online presence (experience beneficial but not essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Proven administrative experience
(Experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or technical environments will be advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Added Advantage
- Experience with basic accounting, bookkeeping support, or register management
- Experience or familiarity with social media marketing, content management, or digital communications
- A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree will count in the applicant’s favour but is not a requirement
