The Role:
The Junior Security Supervisor will support the Security Manager in overseeing the estate’s security operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the safety of guests, personnel, and property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the security team

• Monitoring and patrolling the estate to maintain safety and security

• Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies

• Assisting with training, scheduling, and performance management of security staff

• Maintaining accurate security reports and logs

• Enforcing estate policies and procedures effectively

• Supporting overall estate operations to uphold high standards

• Previous experience in security, preferably in supervisory roles

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Alert, dependable, and solution-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
