The Role:
The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in menu planning and recipe development

Preparing and presenting dishes to luxury hospitality standards
-
Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow
-
Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards in the kitchen
-
Managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering ingredients
-
Collaborating with the culinary and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Contributing to seasonal and special event menus
Who they’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality

Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
-
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary excellence

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management systems
-
Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
