Barman - Luxury Wine Estate - Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and skilled Barman to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity to serve exceptional beverages, interact with guests, and be part of a vibrant hospitality team in one of South Africa’s most beautiful wine regions.

• Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month

The Role:
The Barman will ensure guests receive top-notch service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving beverages according to luxury standards

• Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

• Supporting events, tastings, and private functions as required

• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies

• Collaborating with the F&B and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Who they’re looking for:

• Previous bar or beverage service experience preferred

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays
