This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations, support department heads, and ensure the hotel runs like a well-oiled machine.

The Role:
The Assistant Hotel Manager will be the go-to person on the floor, supporting the Hotel Manager and assisting all Heads of Department.
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Supporting and guiding department heads to maintain high standards
-
Identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions
-
Maintaining team motivation and fostering a positive work environment
-
Acting as an approachable, supportive figure for staff and guests
-
Ensuring the guest experience is seamless across all touchpoints

Hands-on involvement in operations while maintaining an overview of the property

Strong operational and problem-solving skills

Excellent people management and communication abilities

Proactive, approachable, and supportive leadership style

F&B experience advantageous but not essential

Able to work independently, take initiative, and keep the “engine running”
