The Role

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of high-end, fine dining menus

  • Maintain immaculate kitchen standards and presentation at all times

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure consistency, quality and excellence in every dish produced

  • Work efficiently to tight deadlines without compromising on quality

  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene and operational standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP

  • Fine dining and luxury catering experience is essential

  • Calm, organised and adaptable under pressure

  • Passionate about detail, presentation and premium ingredients

  • Professional, reliable and team-oriented
