This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant who understands that selling luxury is all about storytelling, relationships and flawless attention to detail.

The Role

• Handling reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse

• Providing detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations

• Building strong relationships with guests, agents and internal teams

• Managing bookings, rates and availability accurately

• Delivering a seamless, luxury-level guest journey from enquiry to arrival

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in reservations, sales or luxury hospitality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven with a warm, service-orientated approach

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

• Passionate about luxury travel, accommodation and exceptional service
