They are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to guests, owners, and internal teams. The Role

Provide first-class customer service to guests and property owners

Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth

Support check-ins and check-outs, including occasional evenings/weekends

Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and guest preferences

Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Resolve guest queries or complaints quickly and efficiently

Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate

Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with high-end clientele

Ability to work flexible hours for check-ins when required
