They are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to guests, owners, and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and loves delivering flawless service with a personal touch.

The Role

  • Provide first-class customer service to guests and property owners

  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth

  • Support check-ins and check-outs, including occasional evenings/weekends

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and guest preferences

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Resolve guest queries or complaints quickly and efficiently

  • Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or property management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with high-end clientele

  • Ability to work flexible hours for check-ins when required

  • MUST live in Cape Town Southern Suburbs
