Blaauwklippen Tasting House Barmen

At Blaauwklippen we're hiring: Barmen! The Tastinghouse is looking for friendly, skilled Barmen to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Take accurate drinking orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
•  Communicate drinking order details to FOH Staff
•  Serve drink orders if needed
• Check glasses for cleanliness and presentation, report any problems to FOH Manager
• Dispose dirty, glasses, and disposables to keep cleanliness
• Follow all relevant health & safety regulations
• Provide fast dinks to waiters consistently

What we’re looking for:

• Experience behind a bar (wine knowledge is a big plus)
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
