Kameelhoek Farm, located near Kimberley in the Northern Cape, is seeking a Junior Farm Manager to assist with daily farm operations, staff supervision, and wildlife-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Fetching and dropping of staff daily.
Supervising general workers and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
Assisting with maintenance of waterholes, fencing, roads, and farm infrastructure.
Overseeing the daily upkeep and management of workshop equipment and tools.
Assisting with hunting operations, including guiding, tracking, spotting, and recovery of game.
Assisting with game captures and monitoring wildlife on the farm.
Carrying out tasks assigned by senior management and providing regular feedback on progress.
Assisting with guest activities when required, including farm tours, hunting guests, and transfers.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma qualification in Nature Management, Nature Conservation, Agriculture/Farming, or similar.
Valid driver’s license (Code 8 required; Code 10 will be an advantage).
First Aid Level 1 certificate.
Computer literacy (Word, excel, etc).
Physically fit, sober habits, and able to work long hours outdoors.
Practical experience in general farm work.
Good communication skills – must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Professional Hunter (PH) certificate will be advantageous.
Experience with tractors and farm machinery.

Working independently, being trustworthy, reliable, and responsible.
