Seeking partners to plant a 15ha vineyard in Swartland

I have a small piece of land, 15ha, in Swartland, im looking for a partner or 2, each to buy an equal share of the property then we plant some vineyard and start a small winery.

Does the world need another winery? Probably not but it will be hard work, which i enjoy.

A third share will be R500k, then we need to spend a bit on the house, employ someone, buy a bakkie, plant vines.

Each partner can have own cottage on the property.

Anyone game? Then please just tell me a bit of yourself.

Once we have a few serious persons involved we will have a site visit etc.
