Bet-El Fruits is a fruit export business based in Paarl. Since 2009, we have built the company on integrity, accountability, and strong relationships with our growers and international customers. In addition to exporting, we are also producers, which gives us a practical understanding of the industry from orchard to market.
We are looking for a Financial Accountant who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands the pace and demands of the fruit export environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and review of monthly management accounts

General ledger management and reconciliations

Cash flow monitoring and reporting

VAT calculations and submissions

Assistance with budgeting and forecasting

Support during audits and year-end processes

Ensuring compliance with financial controls and company policies

ERP system management and financial data integrity
Requirements
-
Completed articles
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar
-
Experience in the fruit exporting industry (1–2 years will be advantageous)

Experience working on Business Central or a similar ERP accounting system

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and take responsibility
