Results-oriented Restaurant Manager with over 15 years of progressive experience in South African hospitality. Proven expertise in full restaurant oversight, team leadership, revenue growth, cost control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in fine dining, high-volume, and casual venues.

• Daily operational leadership: supervising & training teams (front- & back-of-house), scheduling, performance feedback, and fostering positive work environments
• Financial & inventory management: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory optimization, and profitability analysis
• Menu & service excellence: collaborating on menu development, specials, wine pairings, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and health/safety compliance
