Oldenburg Vineyards is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role requires someone with solid warehouse experience, strong administrative ability, and a willingness to work across all operational levels when required.
The successful candidate must be comfortable managing stock and order processes while also stepping onto the floor to assist with packing, labelling, and production support when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Stock control and regular stock counts: warehouse transfers and stock movements.
- Preparing documentation for loading: SAWIS 6, Delivery Notes, Picking Slips

Order processing and preparation for local and export dispatch
- Waybill processing for courier deliveries.

Applying export stickers and ensuring compliance accuracy

Assisting on the bottling and labelling line when required

Supporting daily warehouse coordination to ensure efficient dispatch
Requirements

Previous warehouse experience

Proven experience in stock counting and order processing

Strong administrative skills with accurate record-keeping

Computer literate, particularly in Excel and Outlook

Forklift licence will be an advantage.
