Sous Chef: Upmarket Wine Estate, Klapmuts

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef  to join an upmarket Wine Estate, Paarl region. Over the years our Client has become a premier destination for wine, cuisine and art. 

The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach to food production.  Strong culinary and operations skill set, passionate about cooking, strong interpersonal skills, and someone who cares about curated guest experiences.   3+ Years culinary experience in a high-end Bistro-style environment with a formal culinary qualification preferred. You will form part of a small, focused brigade. 

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial.

Start Date: Priority Position
